Prototype Printing

Rapid prototyping—the "chip shot" for 3D printers—remains the most common use case for 3D printers to this day. 3D printing a prototype to check your designs is the best approach to reduce changes.

Testing Functions

Prototypes are fantastic for verifying item feel and fit, but what about testing function? This isn't always straightforward, according to some. Many applications demand chemical or heat resistance. Does the part come into contact with chemicals or is it subjected to a lot of stress? INTAMSYS high-performance thermoplastics are ideal for all of these applications.

Engineering-grade

Thanks to additive manufacturing, what was once unthinkable due to tooling expenses is now possible. However, hobby-level materials do not always last or hold up as well as engineering-grade thermoplastics. Don't compromise on quality or longevity... With an INTAMSYS 3D Printer, 3D print in a traditional material.

Manufacturing Tools

Do you believe 3D printed products can't withstand the test of time on the manufacturing floor? Reconsider your position! Jigs, fixtures, molds, end effectors, and even metal tools used to increase factory floor efficiencies are being replaced by INTAMSYS 3D Printing. With INTAMSYS, you may save money and time on your hand-applied or robotic equipment.
