AESUB White Permanent 3D Scanning Spray A Matte Coat That Stays Put — TiO₂-Free
Permanent Scanning Spray for Longer Workflows
AESUB White lays a thin, homogeneous matte white coat that gives 3D scanners perfect contrast on shiny, dark and difficult surfaces — and unlike the vanishing grades, it stays put until you clean it off. That makes it the choice when a part must remain coated through a longer measurement or multi-step workflow. It’s free of titanium dioxide (which ECHA classifies as carcinogenic when inhaled), with a reduced ~7 µm layer and improved surface homogeneity. Genuine AESUB, Made in Germany. Full details →

Genuine AESUB, Made in Germany. US Stock, Fast Shipping.
Authentic AESUB White — supplied and supported by Rev1 Technologies from Auburn Hills, Michigan. We run a metrology and scanning lab, so we can tell you whether permanent or vanishing suits your workflow. Not a re-labeled substitute.

Perfect Contrast — That Doesn’t Disappear.
Shiny, dark and reflective surfaces defeat 3D scanners by scattering or absorbing the light. AESUB White lays a thin, even matte coat that gives the scanner clean contrast to read — and because it’s permanent, the coat stays exactly as applied through as long a measurement session as you need, rather than subliming away mid-workflow.
A Thin, Homogeneous Layer That Lasts.
AESUB White is optimized for surface homogeneity with a reduced ~7 µm layer — thin enough to preserve detail, even enough for clean data. Apply a light pass from ~20–30 cm, let it set, and the matte finish holds until you remove it, so you can re-scan, re-position or run a multi-step inspection without re-coating.
When to Choose Permanent White.
The vanishing grades (Blue, Violet, Orange, Transparent, Diamond) self-sublimate and disappear with no cleanup — ideal for everyday, high-throughput scanning. Choose AESUB White when the coat must stay put: long measurement sessions, multi-step inspection routines, or parts that move between stations and can’t be re-coated. When you’re done, it cleans off. Not sure which way to go? Rev1 will help you pick.
Free of Titanium Dioxide.
Unlike conventional developer/matting sprays, AESUB White contains no titanium dioxide — a substance the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) has classified as carcinogenic when inhaled. You get the contrast and staying power of a permanent spray without the TiO₂. As with any aerosol, use it in a ventilated area and follow the safety data sheet.

WHY REV1 TECH
Sprays From the People Who Scan.
Rev1 Technologies runs a metrology and 3D-scanning lab in Auburn Hills, MI — so we stock AESUB and actually use it, and can tell you whether permanent White or a vanishing grade fits your parts and workflow.
We stock the AESUB range and the scanners it’s used with — buy the spray from a team that can tell you which one to run and how to get a clean scan.
FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
How is White different from the vanishing sprays?
The vanishing grades self-sublimate and disappear after use with no cleanup. AESUB White is permanent — the matte coat stays exactly as applied until you clean it off, which is what you want for long or multi-step measurement workflows where the coating can’t be allowed to fade mid-job.
How do I remove it?
AESUB White cleans off the part when you’re finished. Follow the product’s guidance for cleaning, and test on sensitive or porous materials first — we’re happy to advise.
Does it contain titanium dioxide?
No. AESUB White is TiO₂-free — titanium dioxide is classified by ECHA as carcinogenic when inhaled, and AESUB White is formulated without it while still delivering a homogeneous, high-contrast permanent coat.
Which scanners does it work with?
Any of them. AESUB White is scanner-agnostic and works with structured-light and laser 3D scanners from every manufacturer — it’s the surface it prepares that matters, not the brand of scanner.
Do the multi-packs save money?
Yes — pick a pack size in the selector and the per-can price drops at higher quantities. For case or standing-order pricing, contact us and we’ll quote it.
Is this genuine AESUB?
Yes — genuine AESUB White, Made in Germany, supplied and supported by Rev1 Technologies from Auburn Hills, Michigan. Held in US stock so you’re not waiting on overseas shipping mid-project.
